After Sales
Post-Sales and Technical Support is the most important part about the post-project implementation period. In order to establish a robust and consistent system that can lead to positive feedback from all of our customers during the lifespan of a system / project, Ages will support its customers at two levels:
1. For projects involving corporate clients or projects with multiple implementation areas (and thus the duration of the project) a formal after-sales agreement or service level agreement will be drafted and signed by Aages and the Client. The possible scope of the Agreement will be as follows: System Evaluation and Visits to Buildings (Annual / Bi-Annual) System Performance Reporting System Advanced Consultation and Recommendation (If applicable) Program Assurance and Cost of Services (If Available) Service Availability Opportunity and Emergency Support Program Request Service Request Requirements (High, Medium, Low) Requirements to be met Customer Requirements to be met by Ages
2. For small projects involving independent clients, dealing with post-sales situations will be mentioned in the appropriate Solution Proposal. In addition, the customer will be informed that engineers will be available for any type of support if and when required. The Client can contact the Project Team directly by phone / Email / Fax or visit the head office in Lahore if no contact is availa
Residential
We provide Off-Grid and Hybrid Solar solutions to the customers they live with depending on their need. Off-Grid Solutions is used in situations where clients only need Solar-based output (with or without battery support) and without any common power source to support the system (Usually in remote areas where the Grid is not available). Hybrid Solutions is used in systems that require multiple energy sources to support the system. These resources are prioritized according to client requirements.
In the living system we are able to provide solutions that take into account the critical load of the house (Lighting, Fans), heavy loads (Air Conditioners, Fridge / Freezers, Microwave, Iron, Motors, and other loads (televisions, LCD's, Computer Systems).
Industrial
We provide Off-Grid, Hybrid, or Grid-Tied Solar solutions to industry customers. Grid-Tied Solutions is used for Grid-connected systems, and does not support battery bank (In most cases). Such systems can be used to power industrial loads or heavy equipment for day-to-day use in any industry. Off-Grid or Hybrid solutions can be used by the Industry to power their Office Blocks, as well as critical load (lights / fans / coolers / Air conditioners) for halls or doors.
